Once we receive your order we will notify you as to the total amount due on the order and the delivery schedule. Because the items are hand made you will usually receive shipment within 4-6 weeks, however you will be notified should a specific item require more time.

Due to the uniqueness of our products being offered, the items you see in the picture and the one you receive might not be exactly alike. We try our hardest to fill your 1st preference; however, if it is unavailable due to the artists demand or availability of supplies, we would like you to list your 2nd and 3rd options when ordering. (Especially when dealing with colors and sizes).

Which is why we ask all orders to wait 4-8 weeks for delivery, depending on which item. Musical and Media items may come shortly after ordering dependant upon supply. The majority of delivery date will depend upon the quickness of the artist. Rest assured that payment will not be made to artist, until product is received and approved by NATIVE MADE. We are sure that you will be overly satisfied with your product. Due to the unique code that NATIVE MADE is predicated upon there will be no returns. Please be as specific as you can be in ordering
